You must not
- List counterfeit coins or notes, or any replica of an Indian banknote
- Sell other replicas without "replica" in the title and description
- List the ₹500 and ₹1,000 notes withdrawn in 2016
- List hoard finds, excavated items or wildlife articles
- Use someone else's photos or influence reviews
Questions
Who can sell on eBuy?
Adults in India with a valid ID and PAN who own what they list, or have the right to sell it. Seller access is reviewed by a person, and approval isn't guaranteed.
What does expert review check?
That the listing is described accurately: the right category, details and condition, with clear photos. Experts can correct details. Review improves accuracy but isn't a certificate of authenticity.
Can I change a listing after it's approved?
No. Approved listings can't be edited, so buyers see exactly what was checked. If you delete an approved listing before it sells, review charges may apply, settled through support.
When do I get paid?
After the buyer receives the item. A payout can be held while a return, dispute or check is open. See the payout policy for timing and fees.
What can't I sell?
Anything in the prohibited items policy, such as counterfeits, replicas of Indian banknotes, the notes withdrawn in 2016, hoard finds and wildlife articles.
Can I deal with a buyer outside eBuy?
Sales must go through eBuy. Deals made outside it aren't reviewed, protected or supported.
